Due to the nature of our product, our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days or 72 hours. If 72 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Within 72 hours, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy.
To ask for a complete refund, please send us an email at email@example.com. You can also notify us through Facebook messenger.
We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through PayMongo, our payment processor. PayMongo takes anywhere between 1-5 business days to process a refund. We don't have control over this time period as it is PayMongo's policy.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or GCash account again.
Then contact your credit card company, bank, or GCash, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
