Refund and Returns Policy

At SEO Training Philippines, we prioritize the satisfaction of our students and strive to provide high-quality course content.

Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a full refund, no questions asked, within 24 hours of purchase provided you have not accessed or started more than 20% of the course content.
  • If within 72 hours of purchase, you can still request a full refund given that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Additionally, Exceptions to Refund Eligibility will apply (please see below).

*Note: "Accessed" or "Started" status is determined by our student records.

Refunds for any reason are no longer available after 72 hours or if more than 20% of the course content has been started. We recommend contacting our support team for assistance should you encounter any difficulties with our courses.

Exceptions to Refund Eligibility

Please note, refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or purchasing the incorrect course, including subjective reasons such as the course not meeting expectations. We provide sufficient free and accessible content to support informed purchase decisions. You can peruse the following content to aid in your enrollment decision:
  • Inability to commit time or failure to participate in the course.
  • Technical issues originating from the student’s end, e.g., slow internet speed or outdated devices.

Course Cancellations

In the rare event of a course cancellation, registered students will be notified promptly and provided a full refund.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via email at hello[at]seotraining[dot]ph or through Facebook Messenger.

Following the approval or rejection of your refund, you will receive notification via email. If approved, the refund will be processed through our payment gateway, PayMongo, which may take between 1-10 business days, depending on your payment method. We have no control over the processing time, as it is subject to PayMongo's policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the estimated period, first recheck your bank or GCash account. If the refund is not visible, contact your bank, credit card company, or GCash as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.

In case your refund is still not received after following these steps, please contact us at hello[at]seotraining[dot]ph and we will facilitate communication with our payment processor.
